  • Shipping Information

    The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination country. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. (In some cases, this email may be caught by your junk filter, so please check there before contacting us.) Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once it leaves our warehouse.

    We are committed to providing the best and fastest possible service and dispatch goods on working days. Deliveries are not made on public holidays or weekends.

    Please note that delivery times may be affected during holidays and sale periods.

    Shipping within Greece

    All orders will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days.

    Estimated delivery times:

    • Attica Region: 2-3 working days

    • Land Destinations (urban centres): 2-5 working days

    • Island Destinations: 3-5 working days

    • "Difficult to Access" Areas: up to 5 working days

    Please be aware that additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands.

    If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information and/or phone number, it will be returned to the sender (CHALKIDOU TRAMPAS G.P. CHROMATIKA) at the customer’s expense.

    If the recipient is absent during all delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local Courier centre for collection. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the products will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

    Processing Guidelines

    All products on the website are subject to availability and payment confirmation before your order is processed. We will contact you if the products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is required for credit card verification.

    Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

    We are committed to selling only high-quality products. To that end, we conduct several quality checks before shipping. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for a free exchange with a new, similar product or a refund. In the case of a refund, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged product, as per our Shipping Policy.

    If your package arrives damaged or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents. Submit a claim via the courier service used to ship your order. Please also contact us via email: hello@chromatika.gr.

    Events Outside Our Control

    We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, terrorism, industrial disputes, or actions by local or central governments or other competent authorities.

  • RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    PRODUCT GUARANTEE

    If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time of receipt, or if the product fails at any time due to defects in materials or workmanship, you can return it for a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

    This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over time and use.

    PRODUCT APPEARANCE

    The images of the products on our (desktop or mobile) website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly in colour from those images.

    SALE ITEMS

    Please note that discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless otherwise noted on the product page. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Swimwear and underwear are Final Sale for hygienic reasons and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged.

    ONLINE ORDERS

    As a consumer, when you place an order with us, you have a 10-day cooling-off period, during which you have the right to return your order. This cooling-off period expires 10 days after you have received your order. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase and they are delivered separately, the period begins from the day you received the last item.

    Important Information on Returns

    Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.

    Please ensure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached. If the tag "please don’t remove" is missing, we cannot accept the return of the products.

    For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

    Coats and jackets should be returned with their dust bag, as this is considered part of the product.

    Chromatika reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If returning an item with a courier service other than our partner (ACS in Greece), the customer is responsible for the corresponding cost of the courier service they choose.

    Returning Part of Your Purchase

    If you have purchased more than one item from us, you can return one or more items, even if they were bought in a single order.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    International customers have 14 days to send their items back to us. Unfortunately, at this moment, we are not able to offer free returns for international customers, but we hope to offer this service in the future.

    For international returns, we strongly advise that your return shipment be traceable, so it can be located at all times. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Chalkidou Trampas P.G. Chromatika.

    EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY

    Exchanges requested online are only processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.

    GIFT RETURNS

    Gift orders placed online are eligible for the same return policy as all other online orders. In order to process a return or exchange on a gift purchase (online or in store), we must first locate the original transaction from the purchaser to determine eligibility. This can usually be done easily with the purchaser’s exact name, email address, or the order number itself.

    Please note that gift returns for refund can only be issued to the original form of payment (the purchaser’s), and any online exchanges (size only) will by default ship to the original shipping address from the order, with the new tracking details emailed to the purchaser’s email.

    RECEIVING A REFUND

    If you cancel or return one or more items, you will be refunded. Once we have inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund (excluding delivery costs). The refund will be automatically issued using the same method of payment that you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

    When will I receive my refund?
    You can expect your refund to be processed within 30 days of sending the parcel back to us. You'll be refunded in the same way you chose to pay. If the complete order is returned, the refund will include standard delivery costs from Chromatika to you.

    PayPal
    Your refund will be processed as soon as our warehouse receives your return. PayPal will send you a separate email confirming this.
